Nibiru, a new resort on the Romanian coast, will be launched by Andrei Șelaru in July 2026, between Costinești and Tuzla. The project includes an open-air mall, a 150,000-seat capacity for events, an amusement park and the world's largest nightclub. Nibiru will have 40 restaurants, a fashion area and nightlife activities, and aims to revitalize summer tourism in Romania, as the coast has had a weak season. Daily traffic is expected to reach 50,000 people and 3 million for the season.
