The multinational exercise Saber Guardian 25, conducted between June 9-24, involves 5,000 military personnel from Italy, the Republic of Moldova, Romania and the United States, led by USAREUR. Activities are taking place in various polygons in Romania, with the aim of strengthening cohesion among allies and demonstrating rapid reaction capability. Part of the DEFENDER 25 complex, the exercise includes tactical marches and live ammunition exercises, contributing to the development of force interoperability. Saber Guardian has been organized biennially since 2013 with the aim of strengthening NATO's joint response capability.
