Mircea Abrudean, the president of the Senate, stated that Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan, known for his seriousness and firmness, will keep his promise to resign if the second reform package does not pass the Constitutional Court. Abrudean emphasized Bolojan's importance in implementing reforms and expressed hope that Romania will not reach a situation where it loses a leader capable of change. He mentioned that a potential resignation would affect the legitimacy of the Prime Minister in the eyes of the citizens.
