The management of Mihail Kogălniceanu International Airport has lodged a complaint with DNA after the Court of Accounts reported possible falsification of documents in a tender.

Mihail Kogălniceanu International Airport in Constanta has notified the National Anti-Corruption Directorate (DNA) after the Court of Accounts identified suspicions of falsification of documents submitted by a Turkish firm in a tender for the development of the terminal and control tower. The audit report, finalized on February 24, 2025, prompted SN AIMKC SA to take legal action following the findings.
