Bayer, who joined the company at the beginning of this year, will coordinate strategic and operational development in the three markets, collaborating with local teams to support sustainable growth and improve customer experience.

With nearly two decades of experience in sales and marketing, Bayer has previously held leadership positions in various industries. Miele, founded in 1899, recorded a turnover of 5.16 billion euros in 2025 and has approximately 23,000 employees worldwide.
