The Mayor of the Capital, Ciprian Ciucu, announced that he will respond to the requests of the AUR group, which demands incentives for people with disabilities and the expropriation of the retroceded area in IOR Park to participate in the meetings of the General Council of Bucharest Municipality (CGMB). Ciucu acknowledged that the AUR requests are "of good sense", but emphasized that the City Hall currently does not have funds for incentives.
Regarding the expropriation, the mayor proposed a phased approach to manage the budget. He also addressed criticisms related to a service note that limits counselors' access to information, stating that he is willing to modify it to facilitate transparency. Ciucu mentioned that personnel transfers from the Sector 6 City Hall were legal and necessary for the efficiency of PMB. AUR requested, among other things, the transparency of legal assistance contracts and the revocation of those that do not benefit citizens.
