The general mayor of the Capital, Ciprian Ciucu, announced a series of measures for the revitalization of the city and its parks, assigning clear tasks to the Local Police and other institutions. The actions include the dismantling of garages and illegal constructions, the removal of inappropriate pedestrian crossings, and repairs to streets and sidewalks.

The City Hall has started dismantling illegally placed advertising panels and cleaning green spaces. In the last two weeks, the Roads Administration has marked 88 pedestrian crossings, installed nearly 800 bollards, and dismantled 4 advertising panels.

Additionally, over 3,500 pots of flowers and 300 shrubs have been planted in Herăstrău Park. Mayor Ciucu emphasizes the importance of civilizing public spaces and improving the appearance of the city for the warm season.
