PSD lawmaker Marius Budăi, a former labor minister, says that the Social Democratic ministers achieved concrete results during their first week in government and have begun changing the executive’s direction. He presented the record in a message posted on Facebook on Saturday.
According to Budăi, the Ministry of Development paid more than 1.4 billion lei in outstanding invoices owed to Romanian companies. In the transport sector, another 13 kilometers of the A0 Motorway, on the section between Afumați and Glina, were opened to traffic.
In agriculture, approximately 35,000 farmers received payments totaling 165 million euros. The Ministry of Health unlocked 230 million lei for medical emergencies and critical patients, while the Rabla Program was relaunched with a budget of 35 million lei.
Budăi also mentioned Romania’s promotion at the World Travel Market trade fair in London, following a six-year absence. The former minister said that the PSD’s priorities are investment, debt payments, support for the economy, and improving public services. The record reflects the party’s position and does not include independent assessments of the measures presented.
