The Bucharest Court of Appeal (CAB) has accepted in principle the appeal for annulment lodged by Mario Iorgulescu, son of LPF chief Gino Iorgulescu, against the second final sentence of 8 years and 8 months in prison for manslaughter handed down by another panel of the CAB on December 18, 2024.
