A 50-year-old man was stabbed to death in Bucharest by a 13-year-old child who ran away from a DGASPC Sector 3 center.

The man was stabbed in the back with a knife while in an argument with two minors, who had a history of delinquency. The 13-year-old, who was in the care of a foster care center, had dropped out of school and was listed as a voluntary truant. As the minors were under the age of 14, the perpetrator of the attempted murder was not criminally responsible and was taken into the custody of DGASPC Sector 3.
