The incident happened in the commune of Gârcina, Neamț county, when the man fell from a height and was pierced by a concrete iron bar. Firefighters intervened to free him by cutting the pipe and the fence net. The victim, aged 58, was conscious at the time of the rescue and was taken to the Emergency Reception Unit in Piatra-Neamț.
