Court order execution in the court of a man from Bacău, the authorities have already evacuated 20 trucks with waste accumulated over 40 years.

A large cleanup operation is taking place in the village of Seaca, Dofteana commune, Bacău County, where a 63-year-old man has accumulated waste for almost 40 years. The intervention of the authorities began following a definitive court ruling, after numerous complaints from neighbors regarding unbearable odors and the danger to public health.

Although fines have been imposed by the Environmental Guard, the situation remained unchanged, prompting the authorities to intervene through forced execution. Employees of the Dofteana Municipality and beneficiaries of the minimum inclusion income are participating in the operation, with machinery such as bulldozers and trucks mobilized.

So far, approximately 20 truckloads of garbage have been evacuated, and the waste will be sorted and transported to a specialized center in Bacău. Local authorities emphasize the scale of the situation and the continuation of the intervention until the complete cleaning of the land is achieved.
