A 51-year-old man was arrested after stealing a scooter and money from a foreign delivery person, being caught after almost a month.

The theft took place on September 13 in Sector 2 of Bucharest, when the victim, a foreign delivery person, left the scooter unattended. Although the scooter was returned to him later, the victim found that a bag and 600 lei were missing. The police identified the suspect, who did not have a driver's license, and apprehended him on October 9. He will be presented to the court for theft and driving a vehicle without a license.
