The Municipal Company Termoenergetica Bucharest has announced that the supply of heating and hot water in sectors 4 and 5 of the capital remains deficient due to a breakdown at CET Progresul (Elcen). Even though the breakdown has been repaired, the parameters of the thermal agent delivered are not sufficient to ensure the production of hot water and heating.
