Termoenergetica has announced a major damage to a main pipe, affecting more than 4,000 blocks in sectors 4, 2 and 3 of Bucharest, which are not receiving hot water. Director Adela Ciudoescu said that the intervention teams are working around the clock to fix the problem, which arose due to an increase in the flow rate at the Progresu plant. Although the damage has been identified, the area is flooded and the complete resolution of the situation depends on working conditions.
