President Iohannis has promulgated the law granting service pensions to clerks with at least 25 years of experience.

According to the Law, clerks of court clerks and other categories of staff holding specialized positions within the courts of law may receive service pensions upon reaching the standard retirement age, in the amount of 80% of the average gross monthly gross allowances and bonuses received during the last 48 consecutive months of service.
