A landslide occurred on Thursday afternoon at Solomon's Stones, a popular area in Brașov, both for tourists and locals. The City Hall announced the restriction of access to the area due to the risk that the displaced earth could also bring down other trees, which might fall. The landslide took place in the Șchei neighborhood, near the forest road.

Local authorities, including public administrator Laszlo Barabas and employees of the Volunteer Emergency Service, are on-site to assess the situation. After securing the area and checking the cliffs to prevent further collapses, efforts will be made to clear the road. On Friday morning, mountain rescuers will conduct an area check, and cleaning works will begin afterwards.
