According to an analysis published by the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM), 98.1% of judges who completed an online questionnaire felt a public campaign against justice in the last year. Among them, 67% support the public positions of the CSM.

The questionnaire was completed by 2,583 judges, representing over 56% of the total in office, and included 20 questions. Regarding the continuity of court panels, 8.4% of judges were replaced, 31 of them without prior consent. The majority of judges who were replaced believe that the reasons cited were legitimate. The CSM concluded that, although there are situations where judges are replaced, these do not constitute a systemic problem. This was the largest consultation conducted by the CSM, with a higher participation rate than in the last 7 years.
