Iulian Albăceanu, accused in a DNA case, has taken over the leadership of the Braila County Gendarmerie Inspectorate after the revocation of judicial control.

After an absence of over three months, Iulian Albăceanu has been reinstated as the head of the Brăila Gendarmerie, despite being under investigation by the DNA. Prosecutors claim that he illegally managed businesses through commercial companies, obtaining undue material benefits. Albăceanu was subjected to judicial control, but the measure was revoked, allowing him to return to the leadership of the institution.
