The floods in Constanța County have led to the complete isolation of the locality of Siliștea, due to the massive accumulation of water and the overflow of a collector canal. Traffic on DJ 224 and Communal Road 61 is blocked. ISU Dobrogea has mobilized equipment for water evacuation, but no individuals requiring medical care have been reported. The county is under a red precipitation warning until Wednesday. Alternative routes are affected by water accumulations, and traffic is being organized by the police on certain routes.
