Former President Ion Iliescu, who died at the age of 95, will be brought to the Cotroceni Palace on Wednesday for his last tributes. The coffin will be taken from the Agrippa Ionescu Hospital and will follow a set route. At 9:00, the cortege will arrive at the Cotroceni, where a military ceremony will take place. Officials and citizens can pay their condolences between 9:30 and 18:00, respecting strict rules of access and behavior. A guard of honor will be provided during the night.
