The job market in the field of Artificial Intelligence in Romania is in full expansion, with Bucharest and Ilfov County having 55% of the offers. Cluj-Napoca follows with 20%, and Timișoara with 10%. The most sought-after roles are technical ones, such as software engineers and data scientists. An analysis conducted by Catalyst Solutions highlights a demand for over 390 specialists on the LinkedIn platform, emphasizing the spectacular growth of this sector.
