While showing the weapon to classmates, a plastic ball was accidentally projected towards a girl's face, who received care from the school staff but was not taken to the hospital. The girl's parents were informed, but they did not wish to file a complaint. The weapon was confiscated by the police, and the student was sanctioned with a fine of 1,000 lei, according to Law no. 295/2004. The police emphasize the importance of parental supervision and the role of teachers in preventing such situations, which can have legal and emotional consequences for students.
