A piece of an amusement installation at an amusement park in Bacău broke off while dozens of youngsters were on it. Images of the incident were posted on social media, generating reactions from the public. The Bacău City Hall said that the Local Police has no powers to check the equipment in amusement parks, but it has referred the competent institutions to carry out checks. Depending on the results of these checks, legal measures may be taken, including the possible banning of the park.
