IKEA will open a Planning Studio in Cluj-Napoca, offering personalized furnishing services.

The furniture retailer IKEA announces the opening of the first Planning and Ordering Studio in Cluj County, located on Alexandru Vaida Voevod Street, within the Kaufland Cluj-Gheorgheni shopping gallery. The studio covers an area of over 200 square meters and includes planning and inspiration areas, showcasing over 1,100 IKEA items.

Customers will benefit from personalized services, including consulting, measuring, assistance in product selection, delivery, and installation. This is the third studio of its kind in the country, after those in Constanța and Bucharest. Additionally, IKEA plans to open a store in Cluj-Napoca, in the RIVUS complex, which will operate under the 'omnichannel' concept, facilitating the delivery of online purchases. The company has confirmed that it is exploring options for expansion in the Cluj area and will provide further details soon.
