According to the hydrological forecast, between June 24, 12:00 PM and June 25, 09:00 AM, rapid floods and increases in water flow are expected on several rivers in Romania.

The affected counties include Bihor, Cluj, Hunedoara, Arad, Alba, Mureș, Sibiu, Caraș-Severin, Gorj, Dolj, Prahova, Vrancea, and Suceava. The hydrological phenomena will be significant on the rivers Someșul Mic, Crișul Alb, Arieș, Târnava Mare, Târnava Mică, Mureș, Timiș, Nera, Cerna, and Danube, as well as on Jiu, Gilort, Motru, Olt, Vedea, Argeș, Dâmbovița, Ialomița, and Prahova.

Flooding is also expected on the watercourses Buzău, Râmnicu Sărat, Putna, Trotuș, Bistrița, Moldova, Suceava, and in Dobrogea. The Yellow Code warning indicates a high probability of intense hydrological phenomena, especially on small rivers in the counties of Cluj, Hunedoara, Sibiu, Vâlcea, Buzău, and Vrancea.

Authorities recommend caution in the affected areas.
