Heavy runoff and flash floods are expected on small rivers, with risks of local flooding. The most affected areas are in Argeș county. Authorities recommend avoiding traveling near watercourses and keeping gullies clean to prevent water from accumulating. Residents in low-lying areas should protect their belongings and stay informed.
