A day before the winter holidays, Romanians prepare for the Christmas and New Year vacations, and Poiana Brașov proves to be one of the most popular destinations. Prices for festive meal packages range between 5,000 and 9,000 lei, depending on the type of stay. Tourists benefit from complete services, including meals with live cooking and activities for children. The manager of the Escalade hotel, Gabriel Roșca, emphasizes the importance of excellence in services and dishes, many of which are traditional Romanian. Special dishes for Christmas include stuffed cabbage rolls and pork knuckle, while for New Year's Eve, the special dessert will be Crêpes Suzette. The occupancy rate of hotels in Poiana Brașov exceeds 90%, attracting tourists with spectacular landscapes and various facilities.
