The state company Hidroelectrica has announced a tender for the purchase of aerial and underwater drones, aimed at inspecting dams and hydroelectric power plants. These drones will allow for quick and safe inspections in dangerous or hard-to-reach areas, reducing costs and risks associated with climbing teams or divers. The drones will be equipped with advanced technologies to detect structural problems and monitor the condition of the dams, thus contributing to the prevention of major accidents.
