Traffic information reports heavy traffic on the A1 and other important roads, after the Easter holiday.

Infotrafic reported heavy traffic on the A1 Bucharest – Pitești highway, especially in the direction towards the Capital.

The most affected sections are between kilometers 29-30, 44-49, 87-91 and 102-106, where vehicle columns have formed. Additionally, congestion is also recorded on the A2 and A3 highways, as well as on DN1. In light of this situation, drivers are advised to consider alternative routes to avoid delays. On DN 7 Pitești – Sibiu, traffic is stopped in the area of the locality Tuțulești due to a road accident. The police recommend drivers to check traffic values and to avoid unjustified stops on the emergency lane. Alternative routes for A1 include DN 7 Pitești-Topoloveni-Găești-Titu-București and DJ 702G, among others, to ease traffic and reduce waiting times.
