The warning covers the regions of Banat, Crișana, Maramureș, western Transylvania, the western half of Oltenia and northeastern Moldova. The temperature-humidity index will reach or even exceed the critical threshold of 80 units, with maximum temperatures between 32 and 35 degrees Celsius. The heat wave will persist in most regions, with the weather remaining scorching, especially in the west and southwest of the country.
