The Ministry of Justice is organizing new interviews with candidates for leadership positions in the major Prosecutor's Offices that have received negative opinions from the CSM. This concerns Cristina Chiriac, Marinela Mincă, and Gil Julien Grigore Iacobici, candidates for the positions of Attorney General and Deputy Attorneys at DNA and DIICOT.


According to the cited document, on April 7, starting at 09:00, the Ministry of Justice is organizing a new interview with:


- Prosecutor Cristina CHIRIAC, for the proposal of appointment to the position of Attorney General of the Prosecutor's Office next to the High Court of Cassation and Justice


- Prosecutor Marinela MINCĂ, for the proposal of appointment to the position of Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the National Anticorruption Directorate


- Prosecutor Gill-Julien GRIGORE-IACOBICI, for the proposal of appointment to the position of Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism


They have received negative opinions from the CSM. The opinion is consultative, and the final decision belongs to President Nicușor Dan.
