The draft law initiated by the Government provides for a 30% salary cut for the staff of ANRE, ASF and ANCOM, including the management of these institutions, until July 1, 2025. It also proposes a decrease in the number of posts, between 10% and 30%. The new organization charts and salary levels will be implemented by January 1, 2026. This comes at a time when the national average net salary is 5,645 lei.
