A German student of Turkish-Moroccan origin has been accused by prosecutors of the Bucharest Court of Appeal of posing a risk to Romania's national security. The young man, who came to the country to study medicine, is allegedly involved in self-radicalization activities and promotes terrorist groups such as Hamas and Islamic State. He is suspected of trying to recruit followers and participating in plans to organize terrorist attacks. The court is due to decide whether to declare him inadmissible for 10-15 years.
