Fourteen defendants, accused of attempted actions against the constitutional order, are challenging the preventive measures before the High Court. As part of the investigation, 18 defendants were questioned and the February searches targeted close associates of Călin Georgescu, who has been indicted for similar offenses. Among the discoveries were large sums of money and illegal weapons belonging to Horațiu Potra, the internationally wanted mercenary. The investigation focuses on extremist criminal activities.
