Four suspects from Bacau County have been arrested for assaulting a 20-year-old man, tied to a traffic sign and beaten for an hour.

In Bacau County, four suspects aged between 17 and 50 have been apprehended after they assaulted a 20-year-old man. The incident occurred when, following a previous conflict on the street, the assailants encountered the young man while he was riding a scooter. They stopped him, forcibly removed him, and tied him to a traffic sign.

Witnesses reported that the assailants were under the influence of alcohol and beat the young man for an hour, humiliating him. The intervention of locals, who alerted the authorities, led to the victim's release, and he was transported to the hospital. The four suspects are accused of illegal deprivation of liberty, assault or other violence, and disturbing public peace and order, and they are to be presented to the court for preventive arrest warrants.
