The Ministry of Development has approved four seismic strengthening projects submitted by the Capital City Hall, including one for the ARO - Patria building.

Among the approved projects is the consolidation of the ARO - Patria building, an emblematic block of modern inter-war architecture. So far, 67 buildings have been approved for funding under the National Program for the Consolidation of Buildings at High Seismic Risk, with a total investment value of around 2.15 billion lei.
