On September 27, her lawyers submitted a request to the Court of Botosani asking for the interruption of the execution of the sentence, asking to be released in order to take care of the child who is not yet one year old. The Court of Botosani granted the request for interruption of the sentence in the case of doctor Anca Ababneh Dumitrovici and she will return to prison after her child turns one.
