The former first prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of the Targu Bujor District Court has been accused of removing and replacing essential documents in a rape case, which led to his dismissal. Prosecutors of the General Prosecutor's Office have obtained the approval of the Superior Council of Magistracy for his detention and he will be presented before a judge with a proposal for pre-trial detention.
