Five men aged between 22 and 58 have been detained for assaulting and kidnapping a 28-year-old man from Ilfov county. The victim received medical attention and was taken to hospital for further investigations. Investigations are underway for the offenses of unlawful deprivation of liberty, assault or other violence and disturbing the peace and public order.
