On Wednesday, a fire broke out in a studio apartment located on the fourth floor of a building in the municipality of Sibiu, causing panic among residents. The Emergency Situations Inspectorate (ISU) reported that three women, aged between 35 and 49, suffered burns to their airways and were transported to the hospital, being conscious. Another 26 people evacuated the building on their own, while three individuals who suffered panic attacks received medical assistance on site but refused transport to the hospital. The fire was extinguished by firefighters, who will investigate the cause of its outbreak.
