Fire at the Oravița City Hall, Caraș-Severin: firefighters intervened quickly, without victims

The military firefighters from Caraș-Severin were alerted regarding a fire that broke out on the 1st floor of the Oravița city hall, with the flames rapidly spreading to the 2nd floor. Forces from the Oravița Fire Station intervened on site, mobilizing 2 fire trucks and 8 rescuers, supported by the Reșița Fire Department, with 2 teams and 2 intervention fire trucks. The fire, which was manifesting with open flames, was quickly contained. Ten workers, who were temporarily in the building for renovation work, were safely evacuated, and fortunately, no casualties were reported.
