On Saturday evening, a fire broke out at a warehouse in Tulcea, where electrical cables were stored, posing a risk of the flames spreading to nearby apartment blocks.

The Tulcea Emergency Situations Inspectorate was alerted, and firefighting crews quickly arrived at the scene, intervening with three fire trucks and an ambulance. Upon their arrival, the fire was raging with open flames and large smoke emissions, but no people were found inside the warehouse. The firefighters managed to locate and extinguish the fire, and now they will determine the affected area and the likely cause of the fire.
