Police officers and RAR inspectors have issued fines of almost 40 thousand lei following an action to check the technical condition of vehicles.

As part of the action, a 25-year-old driver was stopped in traffic, who was driving a vehicle with dangerous defects in the steering system, was fined more than 2400 lei and left without a license for three months. Other irregularities were also discovered, such as modifications to the suspension and exhaust system.
