A man from Nepal has died after being hit by a car while jaywalking on Iuliu Maniu Boulevard in Bucharest.

A 46-year-old man, who came from Nepal to work in Romania, was fatally hit by a car while jaywalking on Iuliu Maniu Boulevard in Bucharest. The accident happened at around 00.10 and the victim died before the ambulance arrived. The driver, a 31-year-old man, was tested with a breathalyzer and the result was zero. He was taken to the station for questioning.
