Explosion followed by fire in Arad: one person was injured

An explosion occurred at a property in Arad, followed by a fire, due to a malfunction in the gas installation.

Forces from the Arad Detachment, including three fire trucks, a first intervention and command vehicle, a rescue vehicle, and an ambulance, were dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival of the teams, the fire was already extinguished.

ISU Arad confirmed that the explosion resulted in injuries to one person, who was conscious and cooperative, suffering from third-degree burns. The victim was transported to the hospital for further investigations and medical care. Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances of the incident.
