In March 2025, Eugen Sechila, a collaborator of Călin Georgescu, was sent to trial by the General Prosecutor's Office for constructing a shrine with symbols of the Legionary movement, the Iron Guard, in the commune of Radovanu, Călărași County. The Oltenița Court decided to apply the lightest sanction, a warning, arguing that Sechila has a 'reduced dangerousness' and that the shrine had a 'minimal public exposure.'

In court, Sechila argued that the shrine was created for artistic reasons, invoking artistic freedom and stating that the symbol used is a religious one. Witnesses brought by the defense stated that the symbol is not legionary, but traditionally Christian.

The judge emphasized that, although Sechila acknowledged the association of the symbol with the Legionary movement, his act was considered to have a low degree of social danger, considering that he did not actively promote Legionary ideology. The court concluded that, although the act constitutes a crime, Sechila deserves a warning due to the circumstances and limited public exposure.
