Environment Minister Mircea Fechet announces the creation of an Artificial Intelligence Directorate to integrate technology into environmental administrative processes

The Artificial Intelligence Directorate will help process real-time information and analyze complex documents, reducing human error in environmental regulation. Minister Fechet plans to adopt practices from countries such as France and Denmark, where AI has improved administrative efficiency. He emphasizes Romania's progress in the environmental field and expects to announce the first administrative act issued with the help of AI. Mr. Fechet also discussed the importance of water at the GREEN ENERGY EXPO & ROMENVIROTEC 2025.
