Employees from ANAF, Customs, and Finance are preparing to initiate a solidarity strike as a sign of protest against the current form of the salary law project, which, according to the SEDLEX Alliance, could generate losses between 2,000 and 4,000 lei per month.

The Executive Bureau of the Alliance unanimously decided to initiate procedures for the strike, while SANITAS announced an indefinite general strike, claiming the perpetuation of salary inequalities. Negotiations with the authorities have not yielded results, and the unions from Health and Education are demanding the withdrawal of the contested project. They emphasize that the changes made to the hierarchy coefficient and the cutting of bonuses are unacceptable and call for a responsible approach from the Government.

Hospitals will only provide essential medical assistance during the strike, so as not to affect patients. The education unions express their solidarity with their colleagues in Health and demand the withdrawal of the bill, considering it a "shame."
