Emil Gânj, the main suspect in a murder case, was spotted by locals in Arad county, where he interacted with fishermen. Romanian police have intensified the search, using special troops and tracking dogs, as the suspect has a violent past, having been released from prison after a murder conviction. The 23-year-old's body was found charred in a burned-out house and authorities are asking the public to report any information about him.
